Oh Hi,
I'm Gemma, a Preston based wedding, family and events photographer. I've lived in Preston all of my life and whilst it's alright 'up north' I am very happy to travel wherever my work takes me - just don't make me go too long without a brew or a butter pie.
I'm a Mum to Madison and running a business with a little one is filled with challenges but one that is worth while every single day. Whether it’s your big day or a special event, your children or your four legged friends, I'd love to help you capture memories to have framed and cherish forever.

My Story...
I graduated from UCLan with a degree in Photography with honours in 2014 and before that I had already studied the subject for 2 years at A-Level in college. Keen to put all of that studying into practice, I began freelancing and then in 2018 I finally made the decision to put down roots and set up as Gemma Marie Photography and build a studio on my very doorstep - I haven't looked back since!
Where am I based?
My gorgeous and spacious home studio is based in Penwortham, Preston. When you're here you can expect a really relaxed environment in a professional setting with all the tea's and coffee's until your hearts content. Whether you're in front of the camera or a spectator, I'll make sure you have an experience to write home about. Be part of the action doing silly faces behind the camera or put your feet up whilst I capture those precious memories.
Studio setting not suitable for you? I can come to you and provide the service in your own home or at an agreed location. Just ask me for more details.
